Objective: The prime objective of this study is to find out the best replacement for a conventional Steel front drive axle reduce its weight and verify suitability vehicular application. also aims suggest appropriate Composite material manufacturing technique proposed axle. Methods: Front Maruti Alto 800has been selected analysis which carried by Experimental Fe method, 3D CAD model purpose has prepared in CATIA V5. In ANSYS preprocessor, boundary conditions have applied on FE simulate actual working conditions. axle, manufactured with reinforced composite strain gauge technique. Findings: comparative results obtained method experimental estimate percentage error between them. shows that there fairly good agreement these results. maximum recorded within 0.46%. Angular deformation stresses generated made up only are larger than steel Reinforcement necessary order get benefits reduction as well strength. specification 54% SiO2 -15% Al2O3 -12% CaO one combinations 5 mm coating aforementioned 800.
